Buruntuma is not only the name of a small village in Guinea-Bissau, it is also the name of a DJ who is currently causing a sensation in the Portuguese afro house scene. The traditional music of his native Guinea-Bissau is one of his central elements.

Buruntuma has long arrived in the Portuguese diaspora, but now he also wants to welcome the music of his West African homeland to the dance floors of the world.
