With Founé Sow, singer, musician, performer, Senegalese-Malian dancer, and Nader Mekdachi, Franco-Lebanese author, guitarist, and producer.
Together, they build an original repertoire where French, Wolof and Soninké intertwine, call out and respond to each other. Their music, both roots and contemporary, blends saturated guitars, Kora, groove box, percussion and synthesizers.
This duo promises a vibrant and unique fusion, between urban poetry and deep African heritage.

A guitarist, keyboardist, and beatmaker, Nader is passionate about Afrobeat and the desert’s triple-time rhythms. With his project Padam, he has released five critically acclaimed albums, earned a Talent selection at MIDEM, and regularly features on the playlists of France Inter, FIP and RFI. His career has taken him on tour for over ten years to every corner of the world.
Alongside his personal projects, he has composed for Karimouche and Crys L, collaborated with Rocket Mike of the band Tristesse Contemporaine, and accompanied on guitar Zeid Hamdan, an iconic figure of the Lebanese underground pop scene.
Founé, daughter of a Fula flutist, grew up to the rhythm of her village's melodies. Introduced at a very young age to the kora, to singing and to Soninke dances which she performed at ceremonies and family celebrations, she developed an artistic world deeply rooted in tradition and togetherness.
Over the course of her journey, she has performed with various ensembles and accompanied artists such as Djeli Moussa Condé and Debademba. She has also shared the stage with Amadou & Mariam and Raymond Doumbé.
Whether alone with her kora or carried by the energy of a group of musicians, Founé finds on stage her freest and most intense form of expression. Her magnetic presence, the power of her voice and the sincerity of her performance inevitably captivate audiences.
